Taking on a new career path in sports and marketing, Roc Nation Sports agent Jay Z has sold his (.067%) ownership stake to current Brooklyn Nets coach and future NBA Hall of Famer Jason Kidd ending the brief marriage Jay Z had with the Nets.
Jay Z was extremely instrumental in the relocation of the New Jersey Nets t0 Brooklyn and was widely acknowledged as the face of the Brooklyn Nets movement but now Hov has decided to take on a roll as a sports agent which makes him ineligible to have ownership in a team. Reports said that Jay-Z sold his stake to Jason Kidd for about $500,000.
