The sweepstakes for now former Milwaukee Bucks guard Monta Ellis is over. Ellis has signed a three year deal with the Dallas Mavericks somewhere between $25-30 million overall. Earlier this week the Mavs put out a statement saying they would not be suitors in the sweepstakes for the score first minded guard but we all see that was a strategic diversion. Dallas will most likely play a backcourt of Devin Harris and Monta Ellis.
