Recently, before Atlanta hip-hop legend OJ Da Juiceman hit the stage during DJ Holiday’s Holipalooza concert here in Atlanta, HHS1987 caught up with OJ Da Juiceman to discuss where he has been and what he is working on.
OJ Da Juiceman informed us of his new album “The Otis Williams Jr. Story” which is set to hit iTunes on November 23rd. OJ insured us that this will be his best project yet. With Zaytoven, TM88 and Metro Boomin already on the project, OJ drops a secret that he is planning to add two bonus tracks from producer Sonny Digital. OJ Da Juiceman also spoke on the theme of “The Otis Williams Jr. Story”. “Everything is all real”, OJ said when asked what he wanted fans to know when listen to this album. “Anything you hear on my album is my life”.
OJ The Juiceman also took time to discuss DJ Holiday’s recent success. OJ spoke on being proud of DJ Holiday’s growth in the music business. With DJ Holiday not only hosting mixtapes, OJ Da Juiceman spoke on DJ Holiday putting together the first annual “Holipalooza” concert and him having the hottest show on the radio on Atlanta’s newest hip-hop station Streetz 94.5.
Before concluding the interview OJ Da Juiceman spoke about the New Atlanta movement and dropping two new mixtapes “Realest Nigga I Know” and “Zay vs. OJ” before the year is over. OJ spoke on being proud of the New Atlanta movement and how the younger rappers are continuing to make quality music. As OJ Da Juiceman continues to become more of a business man with his 32 Entertainment label, OJ is ready to surprise the game on November 23 with his album “The Otis Williams Jr. Story”.
