Yesterday a Cobb County jury concluded that Shawntae Harris aka Da Brat will have to pay over $6 million to a former Atlanta Falcons cheerleader due to an incident that took place in an Atlanta nightclub back in 2007. According to AJC, Da Brat will have to to pay $3.7 million in compensatory damages and an additional $2.7 million in punitive damages due to a injury the cheerleader suffer to her head after being hit with a bottle. Da Brat previously spend time at Arrendale State Prison due to the incident and she is still on probation.
