Nicki Minaj continues her press run for her December 15th release, The Pinkprint. The rapper called into DJ Whoo Kid’s The Whoolywood Shuffle to chop it up about a few things. Ms. Minaj obviously spoke on her forthcoming album and confirm that she was in fact inspired by Jay Z’s The Blueprint. The New York native also spoke on running into Hov and Beyonce in Paris where Hov told her that he really liked “Chiraq” and “Looking Ass Nigga.” After speaking on her run in with the power couple, Nicki opened up about working with Beyonce after thinking it would never happen.
Queen Barb talked to Whoo Kid about her remixes for tracks like “Chiraq,” “Danny Glover,” and “No Flex Zone,” while adding her reasoning for not touching “CoCo.” She also addressed her collaboration with Meek Mill and if the duo are doing more than just making music together.
More importantly, Nicki touched on what is on many fan’s minds: what is happening with Lil Wayne and Birdman?! Nick claims that YMCMB are still going strong and they are still a loving family.
