Check out these photos, via LA Weekly, of Ice Cube with his name on a Good Year Blimp. As cool as this sounds, an explanation to exactly why this happened would only add to the awesomeness of this ghetto fantasy turned reality. Yesterday, in the spirit of Cube’s 1993 video “It Was A Good Day” and in honor of National Good Day, the 44 year old hip-hop pioneer raised $25,000 for A Place Called Home. APCH is a nonprofit organization which works with at-risk youth. Martin Luther King Jr. would be proud!
