The buzz in Cleveland is building as to who will be the Browns starter for week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tonight, NFL fans will get a look at who has the upper hand. As week 2 of the 2014 NFL preseason concludes, tonight the Cleveland Browns will face RGIII and the Washington Redskins at 8 o clock on ESPN. Both Johnny Manziel and current Browns starter Brian Hoyer are set to get reps with the Browns first team offense in tonights game. A great performance by either quarterback could result in winning the starting job.
