The biggest deal in the 2013-14 NBA season on the day of the trade deadline sent former Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger to the Philadelphia 76ers for former second overall pick Evan Turner and former Lavoy Allen but Granger already wants out.
Despite possibly having an opportunity to average over 20 points a night with the current young Sixers team led by Michael Carter-Williams and Thad Young, Granger has made a requested that the Sixers buy out his contract and Sixers brass are seriously considering that move. Granger, who is 30 years old, is a former NBA all-star who was averaging 8 points a night. If Granger is released, he could become a huge contributor to a current playoff contender and could face the Pacers in the NBA Playoffs. If Granger hits the market look for the Los Angles Clippers, the Miami Heat, the San Antonio Spurs, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Toronto Raptors to all be interested.
