Dallas Cowboys fans are sitting on their hands as they await news for when their starting quarterback Tony Romo will be back to play.
The Cowboys have been the biggest surprise of the NFL season, racing out to a 6-2 record. Most of that had to do with the great play from Romo. They’ll have to do without Romo for a few games.
Romo suffered a big hit in last weeks win against the Washington Redskins. Despite going back in the game after the hit, Romo is being listed as questionable for this Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals after being diagnosed with two fractures in his back.
Ian Rapoport says that Romo feels he’ll be ready to go for this Sunday’s game, but the team has yet to comfirm that he will be a starter.
If Romo does not play, third year player Brandon Weeden will get the start.
