Atlanta is becoming the mecca of entertainment and you never know who you may run into on a daily basis. Recently during a private fourth quarter preview listening session held by The Academy’s own DJ Drama, Don Cannon, Trendsetter Sense and v12 The Hitman at Means St. Studio, HHS1987 caught up with hip-hop artist Nyemiah Supreme to discuss as array of topics.
Having a major role on the Oxygen reality TV show “Sisterhood of Hip-Hop”, Nyemiah Supreme spoke on her experience being on the show and how the show is helping her career. “I got a chance to see how I am and get to change somethings that may have held me back in my career” Nyemiah mentioned. Nyemiah went on to explain how “Sisterhood Of Hip-Hop” has made her a better artist and allowed her to reach and receive a new fan base.
Nyemiah Supreme also spoke on her relationships with grammy winning producer Timbaland and Dip Set’s own Juelz Santana. Nyemiah discussed how Timbaland has helped her grow as an artist and how she learned the music business from watching Juelz as his personal assistant. With Timbaland also helping to groom Aaliyah, Missy Elliot and Ms. Jade, Nyemiah elaborated on Timbaland having the recipe for success.
Before concluding the interview, Nyemiah Supreme spoke her two singles that are currently in the streets shaking up the club scene. As her singles “No Questions” featuring K Camp and her newest single “What It Taste Like” produced by Big Fruit continue to climb the charts, Nyemiah informed us that new material will continuously be dropping and to stay on the look out for a new project.
