The Cash Money Records empire is crumbling. The leading face of the label, Lil Wayne went on a rant via twitter a few days ago telling his fans that Baby refuses to release The Carter V & how he wants to leave Cash Money Records all in all. He broke the internet & had hip-hop wondering what the deal really is; no one knew if his account was hacked or not. His manager, Cortez Bryant, told TMZ that “everything is good” & that Wayne will remain a member of Cash Money Records. Well, Wayne is still in his bag.. firmly. During his performance at VICE’s 20th birthday bash in Brooklyn yesterday, Weezy told his fans what’s going on, yet again & assured them that he’s going to handle this situation.
