Has anyone seen Marty McFly? Being a four year old and watching the movie Back To The Future II, the coolest thing was watching Michael J. Fox’s Nike light up and lace themselves. Well, the year 2015 that Marty McFly (Fox’s character in the film) travelled to now upon us and Nike has a something special in store.
After being release in 2011, to raise money for the Michael J. Fox foundation, the “Air Nike Mag” is set to be released this year and they will include the power lace this go round. Nike auctioned 1,500 pairs in 2011 but due to the limited availability and price tag, many 80’s babies missed out on a chance to purchase Marty McFly’s exclusive Nike’s.
Recently Tinker Hatfield, creator of the Nike Mag, confirmed that the sneaker would be released again this year including the power laces but he didn’t detail the release date or retail price.
