Last year, Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 crew were incarcerated under a slew of gun and drug trafficking charges among other things. Their label Epic Records and L.A. Reid, have distanced themselves from the artists and haven’t helped out with bail money at all. Now, there is hope for Shmurda at least as he may be gearing up to come home soon. TMZ reports that Bobby’s legal team plans to free the Brooklyn rapper from Rikers Island, as his family has accrued the collateral for the $2 million bond.
