Sad news for the family, friends, and fans of Bobby Shmurda. The rapper was expected to be released on bail sometime soon, but it has since been withdrawn. According to Kati Cornell, a spokesperson for the special narcotics prosecutor’s office in NYC “the suretor has withdrawn and that no hearing is currently scheduled.”
Kenneth Montgomery, the rapper’s lawyer, said “We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out. We’re hoping to get it down within the next week.”
