It’s pretty hard to convince a judge to take children away from their mother, & Dame Dash learned that the hard way. According to TMZ, he recently took an L in the custody battle of his two children with ex-wife, Rachel Roy–15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah will be under sole custody of their mother.
Both parents have accused one another of being unfit to raise their children under their sole supervision. Dame has claimed that Roy has driven drunk with their children in the car, all the while threatening to “shank him,” & she claims that he “smokes pot” around them. Nevertheless, she wins.
Dame has been granted supervised visitation of their girls, but due to the 3-year restraining order Roy has against him, his estranged wife will not be the one doing the supervising. So much for co-parenting…
