Chief Keef is ready to take his jab at a new career after the city of Chicago’s recent intervening of his hologram charity concerts. The rapper was attempting to hold benefit concerts in both Chi-Town and in Indiana, which were intended to benefit the families of the two victims of a Chicago shooting earlier this month—and both were shut down by police. In his frustration, Keef took to twitter to tell people to call Rahm Emanuel (which the number given was a non-emergency city services number), and announced he now would be running to take Emanuel’s spot. Of course, it’s not meant to be taken seriously but who knows, knowledge is power. If he takes his position with the youth in the city he could actually make a difference.
Check out his tweets below!
Call Mayor of Chicago @rahmemanuel 312-744-5000 and tell him to stay the fuck off the people’s music #StopTheViolenceNow ——
