In our recent intense interview with The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, the voice of the Fruit Of Islam touched on many issues he feels is directly impacting Black communities. Our special guest, Tahirah Akilah, posed a question to the minister about the woman’s role as artists. The minister’s response was directed at Beyoncé and other female’s in the public light, needing to cover up more. The comments were shocking to some, which has caused quite a rift in the Hip-Hop community. Since we’ve released our exclusive interview, an abundance of media outlets have covered our talk including places like Vibe, Bet, The Breakfast Club, Hot 97 and Atlanta’s V103. The subject has grown so much that web publications have also picked up the story such as VladTV, HipHopDX, HipHopwired and many more.
