The 2015 NFL Season is right around the corner and as the Eagles prepare for the upcoming season, many reports are starting to surface that Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford is starting to separate himself from the crowd.

According to NFL.com, Sam Bradford has seemed extremely mobile during practice and he told be the answer Eagles fans are looking for.

When coach Chip Kelly acknowledged late last month that the Philadelphia Eagles‘ starting job is open to competition, it appeared that Sam Bradford‘s surgically repaired knee might not be healthy enough to start the season opener.

One beat writer noted at the time that Bradford looked like a “slightly more mobile version of a JUGS machine.”

Now Bradford insists the past two weeks of practices have “gone exactly how we wanted it to.”

“We are going to take it day-by-day (and) keep progressing,” Bradford added. “It’s trending in the right direction. I’ve increased the workload the past couple of weeks and it’s continued to feel great afterwards.”

Multiple beat writers pointed out Monday that Bradford is noticeably more mobile than he was in previous practices.

Bradford will still have to avoid a faceplant and hold off an improvedMark Sanchez in August, but he remains the heavy favorite to open the season under center.

Offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur stated last week that he’s “very confident” Bradford will be “ready to go when it’s time to play for real.”

Personally, I believe Tim Tebow is the answer at the quarterback position. If Chip Kelly wants to ground and pound the ball on offense, Tebow may be the perfect man for the job. The Philadelphia Eagles open the season September 14th in Atlanta against the Falcons.
