Born on August 24, 1990 in Merrillville, Indiana E13, aka Eric Herzog, found his passion for rap when he turned 17. After hitting a rough patch in his life, Eric began taking to rap more seriously as he found it became more than just a passion, but an outlet for his emotions. He first began to freestyle in Gary, Indiana, then afterward began expanding and performing in Los Angeles and Chicago. From run down hole in the walls to big name contests, if there was a chance for him to perform and make a name for himself, he took it. Once he started building a reputation for himself becoming known for his fast rhythm and high energy, he began attracting the right kind of attention. His inspirations include Ludacris, Hollywood Undead, and Tech Nine which is easily seen once you listen to the sheer speed of his rhymes and the potent lyrics his delivers. E13 brings a variety of hip hop, from parodies to hard hitting verses that make you want to head bob and throw your hands up, it doesn’t matter what you’re in the mood for, E13 delivers.
