It’s going down tonight in Atlanta as the Atlanta Dream host the Seattle Storm in round 1 of the 2016 WNBA playoffs.
According to dream.wnba.com,
The Atlanta Dream will host the Seattle Storm to open play in the first round of the 2016 WNBA Playoffs at McCamish Pavilion on the campus of Georgia Tech on Wednesday, September 21.
Tip Time is 8 p.m. ET.
Atlanta (17-17) enters the 2016 WNBA Playoffs as the No. 6 seed. Seattle (16-18) is tabbed as the No. 7 seed.
This marks the Dream’s seventh playoff appearance overall. Atlanta has advanced to the WNBA Finals on three occasions (2010, 2011, 2013).
The No. 5 seeded Indiana Fever (17-17) will face No. 8 seed Phoenix Mercury (16-18) in the other first-round playoff game on Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Both of Wednesday’s 2016 WNBA Playoffs first-round games will be televised live to a national audience on ESPN News.
