Cipherella is a Tuscaloosa Alabama native who made the move to the Big Apple in 2011. Today, the avant-garde Rap artist unleashes a new video for her single, “Moments” – in what she calls a visual depiction of a “surrealistic experience” and a “vision of being dropped into the world of her dreams.”
