Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn will soon be filled with colorful floats, flags, and the beautiful people of the West Indies – for the annual West Indian/Labor Day parade! Non-stop Afro Beats, Dancehall, Reggae, Soca & more, will be booming from speakers on every float as dancers, and parade-goers alike march/party in traditional “carnival” attire down the Parkway.
Gearing up for the festivities – being held throughout the US and in the Caribbean – international Dancehall/Reggae artist, Mr. Vegas has linked with Hardwell & Henry Fong for a high-energy record that’s perfect for the Parkway, and backyard “bashments” that will take place all Labor Day weekend. The fusion of EDM and Dancehall is electrifying.
Earlier this year Mr. Vegas joined the live performance preview of “Badam” at Ultra Festival in Miami. Take a listen below.
