The Golden State Warriors are just one win away from becoming the 2016-17 NBA champions. Last night, the Warriors took a (3-0) series lead against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a big (118-113) Game 3 victory.
The Warriors came out setting the tone in the first half making a NBA Finals record 12 three point shoots in the first half. Warriors star Kevin Durant finished the night with 31 points including a three point late in the fourth quarter that was heard around the World. Klay Thompson finished with 30 points for the Warriors on (11-18) shooting from the field. Stephen Curry finished with 26 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assist.
For the Cavaliers, LeBron James lead the way scoring 39 points with 11 rebounds and 9 assist but I wasn’t enough to get the win. Cavs point guard Kyrie Irving had his best night of the series scoring 38 points and dishing out 3 assist.
