The (24-17) Atlanta Hawks are back on the road tonight as they face the (19-24) Detroit Pistons. The Pistons are coming off of a five game road trip as they host the Hawks tonight. The Hawks will be looking to make it three straight victories after defeating the Bucks and Knicks this week.
The Pistons and Hawks are all tied up at (1-1) this season so this game can be big as the playoff picture plays out toward the end of the year. The Pistons defeated the Hawks on December 30 (105-98) and the Hawks will be looking for revenge tonight. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is out for his third straight game tonight for the Pistons nursing a shoulder injury.
The Atlanta Hawks will be without big man Mike Muscala tonight. The Hawks did however sign Gary Neal to a 10 day contract today. The Hawks hot (13-26) from the three point line on Sunday against the Bucks and they are looking to continue that hot streak from deep. Mike Dunleavy Jr. has playing well in the Hawks system, lets see if that play continues tonight.
