Kazzie, a Newark, NJ-based rapper who grew up with Redman as a neighbor and mentor, just released his video with up-and-coming Chicago rapper Dreezy for their versatile and charming song, “Going Nowhere”
Kazzie came up as a battle rapper in the same NJ neighborhood as Fetty Wap and has tracks with Waka Flocka, Fabolous, Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, and Yo Gotti. In the past month and a half he’s been gearing up to release a new mixtape, Kazzie and the Wavy Bunch (out 8/24), dropping videos for “Think I’m In Love” featuring Rico Nasty and “With It” featuring Molly Brazy. He’ll also be releasing videos with Renni Rucci and Cupcakke in the coming weeks; all the features on his new mixtape are from rising women in the hip hop community that he admires.
