Dot from Rap Radar Podcast – Harlem emcee Semi the Gawd comes full circle with his first project of 2018; When In Rome. “Sometimes you gotta stand with the soldiers even if you don’t agree with the war”, a line that Semi sums up the direction of the latest project. This 15-track project is filled with reflection of self & a look at the surrounding environment from the perspective of a young Black male pursuing his dreams while trying to keep his hands clean.
