Jhene Aiko was inspired by her ex, Big Sean, on her new single, “Triggered.” Following the release of the single, the former love birds reunited – as shared by Jhene on Instagram, with the caption, “today was a good day.” The two can be seen laughing and smiling as they sit across from each other on a lifeguard tower on the beach.
Apparently there’s no love lost between the two – who often collaborated as TWENTY88.
On “Trigger (Freestyle)”, Jhene addresses a former situation: “You mothaf**kin’ right I’m bitter. You mothaf**kin’ rich I’m triggered.” Ofcourse, fans speculated that this was about Sean, but for Jhene denied that It was a diss and explained that it was just something she “moved on from the moment” she “expressed it.”
