Such is the case for the Hip Hop love birds, Quavo & Saweetie. In a recent social media post, Quavo revealed how his relationship with Saweetie unfolded. Jumping on the “How It Started, How It’s Going” meme trend, Quavo shared a screenshot of when he first slid into Saweetie’s DM (back in March of 2018).

He went on to reflect on their love story in an interview with GQ: “I seen her on my Explore page. I was like Damn! Who is this? So I did my research and I DM her.”
And the rest was history. “I don’t let people inside my life and I let her inside. And she’s helping me grow up. She’s showing me how to love a woman.”
