This Atlanta based Grammy Award winning songwriter and producer has been responsible for some of the biggest hits in music in recent years. Emerging from being a rap artist to transitioning into singing and songwriting allowed him extreme leverage in the competitive music game.
London Jae arrived in the music industry almost 5 years ago and has already earned platinum plaques as multi-platinum producer and songwriter. After winning a GRAMMY for his work on 2019’s Best Rap Album for Cardi B’s debut album, “Invasion of Privacy,” his career started booming and he continued to dominate the charts.
Coming from humble beginnings his childhood was difficult but he did not allow that to stop him from getting to where he is today. A big part of that is the influence his mother has on him as a hard-working black woman.
“My childhood was rough. It never dawned on me that I lived in the ghetto until I moved from the ghetto,” he said. “My mom was an all around hustler and probably the biggest motivational factor in my life as a kid.”
Working with some of the largest names in music in such a short amount of time, motivated him to think outside the box of being just an artist and expand. To date he’s worked with everyone from B.o.B, T.I, Travis Scott and Young Thug. London has no plans to slow down.
“I am currently working with quite a few artists such as Lil’ Wayne, Meek Mill, Kevin Gates and Bhad Bhabie.”
Make sure to follow his journey @londonjae.
