Chynna Rogers started her life in the public eye at the tender age of 14 as a Ford model. Soon, she formed a bond with her mentor, A$AP Yams (RIP) which created an affiliation with NYC Hip-Hop collective A$AP Mob. Eventually, she went on to release her own music including her last album, “in case i die first.”
The budding star best known simply as Chynna, died yesterday (April 8) at the age of 25, as confirmed by her family saying, “Chynna was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.” Her cause of death has not been confirmed but she has had a struggle with opioid addiction and was very open about it in her music.
Rest In Peace.
