Feelings On The Run (On and On) is a personal favorite off of AustinTheManager’s executive-produced EP titled Archives. By being the fourth track on the EP, this track covers any lul in the action as it kicks the energy up and creates a bridge for the rest of the project’s songs and work.
Feelings On The Run wastes no time and begins with a wrenching piano melody and pacing drumline. The featured artist on this track is Rabz. With appearances on How I Feel, fwm, Feelings On The Run, Adore You, and Live This Life, Rabz is a pretty popular name on this EP, and a good thing for that. On this track, Rabz steps up to the plate once again and meets AustinTheManager’s production with outlandish levels of lyricism that is rare to hear and come across in music today.
The song flows forward as Rabz rides the beat perfectly and ultimately ties this entire tune together by making it sound like one big body of work. Rabz speaks of thoughts of his past and people he can’t seem to forget as he sits in an empty room and cannot escape what is holding him back from his past.
