• What first got you into music?
I used to freestyle with my friends and my cousins and from there I started writing.
• Who inspired you to make music?
I’ve been around music all my life making covers to songs with my older sister at 5 or 6 and my father and uncle being into music I feel like those were my heavy influence. But I’d say my cousin Isaiah was the one person that really inspired me
• How would you describe the music that you typically create?
I personally don’t think there’s a way to describe my music other than versatile because I love being creative.
• What is your creative process like?
It really depends it varies from the weather to my mood or even situations that may have taken place whether it be more or a person close to me.
• Who would you most like to collaborate with?
This changes all the time but as of right now Kanye West, Don Toliver, and Ssg Kobe
• If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?
Travis Scott or Lil Uzi Vert because I love to watch them perform
• What is one message you would give to your fans?
You’re way more than what people tell you you are so if you think you can do something know that you can do whatever you want.
• How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
The internet has impacted me in every way because it gave independent artist more access to resources to being successful. It also opened up more outlets get music out other than just hearing it on the radio now we have TikTok and other social media platforms to get your music out on.
• What is your favourite song to perform?
Balenciaga
• Which famous musicians do you admire?
Tory Lanez, Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Wayne
• What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?
I was never a bad kid but there was a situation that I was involved in where an individual threw a drink at a lady and it also hit a car but because I was there I got sent home and the police were questioning me but because I didn’t actually do anything I didn’t get in too much trouble.
• What is the best advice you’ve been given?
My mother told me to always maximize my potential and understand that there’s more I can do than what I’m currently doing.
• If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
I would shine light on artists with actual talent instead of their image and personality.
• What’s next for you?
I’m looking to release another song in a month or so called “Boujee”.
