Lately JC Gwalla has taken the industry by storm with his Instagram presence and music . That was no exception when he dropped his latest music video “TB Store”. In this music video JC Gwalla uses the local tobacco stores and his neighborhood aesthetics as his beginning stomping grounds on how he started off in the music game.
He explains in his lyrics that he started from the bottom and with no label backup he has taken the Memphis music world by storm. JC Gwalla uses his raspy voice to rap storytelling anecdotes about his neighborhood in Memphis and childhood growing up. This video is another example of JC Gwalla’s growth in his craft.
