West Coast lyricist, Brian J has returned to the scene with a brand new banger after a short hiatus from the spotlight. His certified hit “Roll Call,” was penned by the Pomona native featuring Suga Free, Jayo Felony, and Pomona Pimpin Young.
Brian J nurtured his musical talent at a young age when he began writing music with his cousin. From the poems written by J, were turned into songs by his cousin. Shortly after he developed a passion for music and began perfecting his craft. Enabling him to focus more on himself as an artist.
For over a year, the Pomona artist has been grinding in the city and has caught the attention of OG Suga Free. As a result, he’s been soaking up wisdom from the living legends ever since.
In regards to his distinct sound, Brian J states:
“In a few years, I’m looking to win a couple of Grammys for my talents…”
Sometime this year, Brian J is set to release his highly anticipated project titled, “Pomona Virus”. Although the release date has yet to be revealed, fans are eagerly waiting for its arrival.
His trendy new track, “Roll Call” comes as the lead single off the upcoming release. Giving fans a taste of what’s to be expected on the album. The single has already garnered over 300K views on YouTube and counting.
