A year ago, Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot by Gregory and Travis McMichael as he was jogging through the neighborhood. The father and son duo claimed he looked suspicious and they wanted to ask him about break-ins in the area, but ended up shooting him. His mother spoke about the incident recently, stating that she can never get over it.
