Young Adz’s 26th journey around the sun took place yesterday (July 29). As a tribute to that milestone, he and his D-Block Europe cohort Dirtbike LB have come together to release their new song, “Lake 29,” and Ertu and Lucas Dante-produced track that features the two depicting their life of money and crypto:
The accompanying clip for “Lake 29” is directed by Suave and begins at an actual lake, with the duo aboard a boat with members of their crew. Additionally, it seems that D-Block Europe & Co. have gathered in a studio to create some heat (Home Alone 2, maybe?) however, whether said studio is on the aforementioned boat is unknown.
The Blue Print Us vs Them was released by D-Block Europe back in October, and it included 29 tracks. It also featured contributions from Srno, Lil Pino, Raye, Aitch, and Stefflon Don. For the British stars, this project was a big success, landing at No. 1 and No. 2 on the UK’s R&B Albums and Albums charts, resulting in the Silver certification. In 2020, Young Adz also hooked up with Skepta and Chip for the album Insomnia, which Dirtbike contributed to on the standout cut “Demons.”
