The Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) detective who was fired for his involvement in the shooting that killed Breonna Taylor requested the shift of his trial to a new location, stating the “media circus” related to her death as a reason. Brett Hankinson’s attorney had filed this motion on February 2nd.
