Black Eye Peas released TRANSLATION last year, which featured 15 tracks with a variety of influences and contributions from J Balvin, Maluma, Ozuna, Shakira, Nicky Jam, Tyga, El Alfa, Piso 21, Becky G, French Montana, and more. In addition, the trio’s third album was ranked in the top five on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart, becoming an international success. 15,000 equivalent album units helped translate Translation to number 52 on the Billboard 200.

As promised last Friday, will.i.am, apl.de.ap, and Taboo returned with their latest single, “HIT IT,” a Johnny Goldstein, An ammo, will.i.am, and saweetie-produced track that features Venezuelan-American talent Lele Pons in addition to current McDonald’s darling Saweetie. As the title implies, “HIT IT” features the collaborators rapping and singing about their respective romantic interests:

A list of artists that will join Black Eyed Peas includes Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, DJ Snake, H.E.R., Christine and the Queens, and Angélique Kidjo will be performing at this year’s Global Citizen Live, which will also take place in Lagos and New York. Will.i.am told ABC News about their upcoming performance
