Rising out of the Farragut Projects, today emerging Brooklyn rapper and entrepreneur 929 Reese put his aspirations on full display in the official music video for “PureSoul.”
929 Reese’s melodies soar on this introspective banger as his inner thoughts run loose. He questions the intentions of those around him asking,“why the fuck are you here?”As he levels up with more success he is repulsed by those trying to flex off false accomplishments. In the music video, he mobs through the Brooklyn streets flashing everything he’s worked hard for including his own Cannabis strand 929 Gumbo, a Lamborghini, and loads of cash.
This new song builds on the momentum of his recent single “No Heart” featuring platinum star Coi Leray. It’s his most-watched release to date nearing 400k views which is a new milestone for the independent 19-year-old. Other notable releases include the confident uptempo song “All Eyes On Me” and the confessional trap ballad “Did Me Wrong.
About the music video 929 Reese said, “I want my fans to get to know me better when they’re listening to my music, I want them to get closer to me so we can continue building that connection.”
929 Reese is the new melodic voice from Brooklyn just getting started. Stay tuned for new music soon.
