Don Q and A Boogie were the first artists signed to Highbridge the Label. On May 28th 2016, Baby Dubai released Highbridge the Label: The Takeover Vol. 1. This compilation album featured numerous tracks from Don Q and A Boogie. Don rose to prominence after participating in Funkmaster Flex’s freestyle series on Hot 97 alongside A Boogie. They freestyled over Nas’s “Oochie Wally” instrumental. Many hip-hop enthusiasts consider Don’s freestyle to be, “The Greatest Flex Freestyle of All Time.”
