The digital and internet era in which we now find ourselves has brought about significant changes in the music industry. Talented musicians now have access to channels through which they may broadcast their music to the globe and make their names known in ways that were previously impossible, thanks to the proliferation of internet streaming services and social media. Every day, new musical artists that are destined to “blow up” in the near future are unearthed. Guala Armani, an artist from North Carolina, has made it into that list on multiple occasions.
Guala Armani, who was born in Queens, New York, also goes by the name G. It’s all Guala, from the lyrics and rhymes to the production and engineering. He’s just started working on videos also, so that’ll be a new direction for him as well. In time, he hopes to have learned even more. In no way does he expect or rely on anybody else to create content for him. His involvement in every aspect of the project enriches his sense of involvement. That sets him apart from most other musicians who have specialists handling everything.
The future seems promising for Guala Armani as an artist. New material, including a forthcoming collaborative ep between Guala Armani and Banco, as well as solo releases and full-length projects from both artists later this year, are in the works. Banco El Jefe, also known as Banco Remy, is a longtime associate, friend, and fellow musician of Guala’s in Mulatto Mafia Music.
Guala will soon be releasing a new song titled “Honest” featuring Banco El Jefe. The single is aimed at and mocks rappers who often cap or don’t keep it 100 in their rhymes or raps. The complementary styles of the two rappers make for a powerful duo. The cover image is influenced by pulp fiction, with Guala and Banco’s faces overlaid on the faces of the film’s main characters, who are hit men.
