Philly-by-way-of-Canada emerging recording artist Krujay is the lazy worker we are all familiar with at work in the new visual for his buzzing single “Recipe.” In love with a co-worker, the witty wordsmith causes mayhem while trying to conjure up a “recipe” to impress that has costly outcomes in the Bruce Wood and Carl Casseus-directed visual. As far as the song’s lyricism, it’s the perfect introduction for newfound fans to get familiar with the rising star. He’s energetic, slick-talking and standing ovation-skilled as he shines in the restaurant business.
“The cooperation from everybody, the quality and work ethic of the production company, the amount of cameras and setups was surreal,” Krujay explains. “Being able to have the whole restaurant rented out was amazing and the actors and actresses all did an impeccable job. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I cannot wait for what’s to come.”
“Recipe” sets up more new music from the new artist as he prepares for an expected full-length project coming later this year. Before then, Krujay plans to stay in the studio and cook up a lot of new heat to match the popularity of his latest effort. He reveals:
“What’s next is writing new music, some major collaborations and working on my first official album. Some new singles w/ more videos are coming in between continuing to showcase my talent through TikTok and IG reels.”
After “Recipe,” check out Krujay’s complete catalog, available now on all digital streaming platforms. Recommend songs include “Like This,” “But Still” and “Crunch Time” featuring the late Fred The Godson.
