There is buzz in the music industry that Misty Blanco, the Blaquanese Rockstar, is collaborating with South African artist Gigi Lamayne on a new single. Misty Blanco, also known as Mysterious from Making The Band 2, has made a name for herself in the industry with her unique genre of music called “Melodic Bop” and her Grammy-nominated tracks “Who You Talkin Too” and “Winning Circle” featuring Rick Ross as she has featured on songs with Yo, Gotti and many others.
She has also gained recognition with her appearances on Badboy records making an appearance on reality tv hit reality show MTV Making the Band 2 with P Diddy, and she’s a billboard artist, who has successfully reinvented herself as an artist with expression.
Gigi Lamayne is a rising hip hop artist in South Africa, known as one of the first female rappers to emerge from the region. She has already won Best Female Rapper at the Hiphop African Awards and is currently appearing on “Love & Hip Hop Africa.”This collaboration between Misty Blanco The Blaquanese Rockstar & Gigi Lamayne is the meeting of two different musical worlds merging to make a classic gumbo between the two lands. These two stars aren’t strangers to having brands outside of music as well. Misty Blanco has launched her own bitcoin/currency called “BLAQ” which has been growing rapidly over the last year, also coming soon Misty Blanco has a cosmetic line called “Crème Del La Crème”, which is due to be released in 2023. Gigi Lamayne has a shoe line that has dropped November 2022 across Southern Africa, and available for purchase in all countries.
According to sources at The Misty TV Firm Corporation, the single is set to take both continents by storm when it is released in 2023. This will mark Gigi Lamayne’s first trip to the United States for the recording, which will take place in the country. While Misty Blanco does not often do collaborations, Misty Blanco feels it would be a good look to the culture of music.
