Calboy "Super Gremlin" freestyle by Calboy over Kodak Black

The Chicago star has released a freestyle for Kodak Black’s “Super Gremlin.” The Chicago rapper contributed a verse to the Jambo and ATL Jacob-produced anthem, which can be heard on the Nightmare Babies compilation from the Sniper Gang. Calboy adheres to the original’s street life theme by focusing on past struggles:

Calboy says approximately halfway through his freestyle what may be the most striking part of it: he seems to confirm a rift with Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers label, with whom he previously signed back in January of this year:

Calboy is currently working on his upcoming album, Redemption, and has yet to release any singles beyond “Jungle Juice,” “Round Here,” “Ten Toes Down,” “She Knows,”“If Heaven Had A Phone,” and “Miseducation” by Lil Wayne. As a result, it follows the critically acclaimed Long Live The Kings, which included 12 songs and collaborations with Lil Baby, Lil Tjay, G Herbo, Polo G, Yo Gotti, Fivio Foreign, and the late King Von.
