HulkSicko!’s unique and versatile sound along with flowy beats have been gaining the curiosity of new listeners in his new home in LA as it sets the mood with it’s catchy vibes. It’s no doubt that this move has been the switch up he needed to gain the right audience of listeners, and to also surround himself with a group of winners. Relocating to a city full of creatives has for sure helped the new and emerging artist to focus – without any distractions – as he pushes new music that everyone can vibe out to.
The music he makes contains hints of both Asian and Euro-inspired notes that make him a unique artist that can’t be compared to. The reason why it has a genuine catchy-ness is due to the fact that what Sicko spits is nothing but realness. The creative knows exactly how to add his real emotions and puts his all into the track to create something you can literally vibe out to. Being able to put his mood into a track is a mechanism he’s used to deal with his own emotions for years. Since beginning his career, HulkSicko! has used his music as an outlet to say what he would have if he had someone listening. His talent of sharing his experiences along with creating a vibe that’s addictive has truly been the power train of his success.
When creating, the Bronx-raised artist takes pride in his ability to work spontaneously. A lot of his music is “unplanned”. Some days he’s ready with a notebook filled with either full or half-written songs, other days he comes ready to freestyle based on what mood he’s in. Having a strong appreciation of Chinese culture, the “Siamese Twins” lyricist has always wanted to pursue a music career in China, near Shenzhen — a city he refers to as “The Miami of China”. He states that he would like to take that off his bucket list. When HulkSicko! first began his journey as an artist, listeners assumed he was in a different country due to the Chinese inspo.
If there’s anyone who knows how to set the mood, it’s for a fact, the on-the-verge artist. Being from a different city, he catches the ears of new listeners by adding his own unique, personal touch to his music. Inspired by the cities he’s lived in, the up and coming lyricist gives us a new and tasteful twist to vibey music. Since HulkSicko! wasn’t able to relocate to China due to the current pandemic, HulkSicko decided that moving to LA would be the change he needed to get his name and music out there. To him, moving away from the cold streets of NY was his best bet to focus on what really matters and to remain focused. The less distractions the better. The up and coming vibe star is now on track to creating a name for himself -humbly- in LA using both his past and current experiences to create more music. Not limited to where he’s from in the Bronx, New York but HulkSicko has already touched others around the world.
