· The Mercer + Prince Old Fashioned
o 2 oz. MERCER + PRINCE
o .25 oz. Maple Syrup
o 2-3 Dases Orange Bitters
o Add ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir together to combine/chill. Strain into a double old fashioned rocks glass containing a rock of ice and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
· Mercer + Prince Sidecar
o 2 oz. MERCER + PRINCE
o 1 oz. Premium Orange Liqueur
o .05 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
o Sugar Rimmed Glass
o Coat the rim of a coupe glass with sugar and set aside. Add ingredients to shake with ice and combine until well-chilled. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with lemon peel
· Mercer + Prince SoHo District
o 2 oz. MERCER + PRINCE
o 1 oz. Premium Sweet Vermouth
o 1-2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
o Rinse a chilled coupe glass with Mezcal and set aside for later use. Add ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir together to combine/chill. Strain into chilled Mezcal rinsed coupe and garnish with an Amarena cherry
