In 2021 Scrybe Streaming CEO, Christian Phyfier brought the music streaming industry a brand new business model. It’s been less than two years since its launch and his team hasn’t shown any sign of letting up on his passion to change the way artists are making money.
In mid 2022 Christian along with partner’s Martin Owens and Torrence Burnett agreed to discontinue the employment contract for the V1 developers and designers for V2. Since then, they have announced Jayden Owens as the CTO of Scrybe, who brought with him Alicia Matsuura as the interim Head Of Design and Ankit Angra as the head of the development team responsible for V2.
Matsuura brought on seasoned designer Ashley Rupard and from the looks of the recent leak on Christian Phyfier’s instagram the new designs are amazing.
In 2022 the newly founded company received several major offers for acquisition and investment which were all turned down, as Phyfier says “the individuals making the offers lacked understanding of the music industry and what the industry needs.” As Scrybe continues to build momentum toward the second launch artists are excited for the improvements that will be made from version one.
