The Saturday night sky in Rosarito was aglow with performances from some of the hottest stars in Latin music. Puerto Rican phenom Ozuna presented his lavish canvas of rhythmic Afro-Latin pop, inspiring crowd sing-alongs to hits like “Diles” and “Hey Mor.” Mexican American pop sensation Becky G brought her Birkin bag of bops and slayed the stage with hits including “Mayores,” “MAMIII,” and “Shower.” Reggaeton maverick Feid made Colombia proud with his passion-fueled performance, while groundbreaking producer Sky Rompiendo delivered a beach-shaking set.
Baja Beach Fest’s 5th anniversary welcomed fast-rising Puerto Rican trap artist Young Miko to the main stage for the first time, where she staked a claim as a powerhouse in the genre, breezing through fan favorites like “Lisa” and “Classy 101.” Ivy Queen reminded the crowd that she is truly the Queen of Reggaeton with her piquant blend of braggadocio and sensuality. Ryan Castro prompted mass perreo along to his massive hit “Jordan.” Earlier in the day Alexis y Fido, Gabito Ballesteros, and Chanell got the festival moving in the afternoon sun.
