Rising R&B artist Will Gittens has released the new music video for his empowering single “Bigger Person.” Watch it here.
Directed by Javon Alvin, the video showcases Gittens as he takes a scenic drive in a sports car, ultimately arriving at a peaceful cliff in Malibu to release his anger and frustrations.
Gittens’ deeply personal lyrics in “Bigger Person” remind listeners to focus on themselves and their mental health. “This song is a very personal song to me,” Gittens shared. “Being the ‘bigger person’ has led to many problems in my life. I know this song and video will help people struggling with mental health as a reminder to focus on oneself.”
The video was an emotional experience for Gittens, who revealed that the final draft brought him to tears. “I realized I’ve become the artist I’ve always wanted to be,” he shared. “This video shows the completion of Will Gittens as one of the greatest artists of our generation.”
