New Orleans Native, RJAE has dropped the music video for his hit single, “Too Gone” Featuring NBA YoungBoy which features both artists in animation form.

The dynamic visual opens to RJAE reminiscing on simpler days. The animation showcases RJAE cruising through the city with his girl as the visual flits between shots in the studio recording with NBA YoungBoy. Throughout the track, RJAE mentions that he’s “gotta watch the way I move they want my soul” standing firm in protecting his peace. The video closes out with RJAE turning his back on his girl, shutting down the arguments and heartbreak as he transcends to a higher place.

The new music video release arrives off the heels of RJAE’s recent album debut as a new Roc Nation signee titled You’re The Problem. The album features breakout summertime love anthem, Remember That with A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie climbing close to 1M views. The project continues to explore the stories and themes of heartbreak as RJAE taps into raw and unfiltered emotions embarking on a journey of self-reflection. The NOLA native candidly shares his experience healing his wounds through this project captured with sharp lyricism and his dynamic, melodic flow.

“The ‘Too Gone’ record is just one of those records for the books. I always aim for making good vibes in the music but it’s dope when the songs are a great vibe but also something to turn up to,” RJAE said about the track. “Not only that but it’s me and Top’s first record to ever be released. Fans get to finally see me on a track with him but in a way that’s authentic to the music I make that’s why it’s so cool to me”

Additionally, the animation closely follows the latest music video released last week for his track “Derek Jeter” featuring Huey V. The track is fresh off Roc Nation’s Humble Soles mixtape released this summer in collaboration with PUMA, celebrating hip hop’s 50th anniversary.
